Getting all of your cosmetics and toiletries into travel friendly bags and containers is the most annoying part of packing for me personally. After a lot of trials and tests, I’ve learned to keep a travel set with me always packed and ready without sacrificing anything I need day-to-day. Kitsch, Calpak, Beis, and Dagne Dover are some of my favorite travel kit brands for cosmetic cases, small travel bags, and organizers to make packing for the airport easier.
Beis Packing Cubes
I have been using this set for the past few years every time I travel and they are still holding up like they are brand new. I love the durable material and design that really allows you to use every last space. What really sold me is the full set that it comes with – I use the shoe organizers to protect my white sneakers and heels inside my suitcase while the convenient zippered pouch is perfect for my socks and underwear. The middle size is perfect for me and fits neatly into my carry on perfectly to use every inch of space. I know there are a lot of packing cubes on the market but I couldn’t recommend these enough. It has completely changed my life and how I can pack and stay organized while traveling.
Kitsch Travel Size Container Kits
Similarly, there are a lot of options out there for travel size containers but I love this set from Kitsch. It is very affordable and I currently have two sets that I use consistently. I love the unique flat design of the larger containers which I use for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that are so much easier to pack in my case than full tubes. I also love the mini bottle set that I use for my sprays, makeup remover, and lotions. Most of the time if I’m going for a quick trip, I just use the clear case it comes with and throw it in my bag – super easy!
Beis On the Go Essential Case
For longer trips, I got this case to carry all of my toiletries and makeup and it fits perfectly. I love that it holds so much and with the double-sided zip design, it keeps everything organized while still maximizing space. I use this case in coordination with my Kitsch travel set and everything fits perfectly. Plus, the clear sided case allows you to go through airport security with ease. I ended up removing the compact mirror because I didn’t need it, but it’s a nice touch if you love to travel with one.
Dagne Dover Cosmetic Case
Dagne Dover is my go-to brand for its neoprene bag sets. I get everything in the Onyx color for a sleek design but they have many options. I love the Hunter toiletry bags that come in both a small and large size to use as another cosmetic and makeup bag for my non-liquids. What I love about this bag is it also comes with interior pocket mesh organizers that can be removed for easy access.
Calpak Compakt Tote Bag
This bag has become a staple in my suitcase because of its versatility. When I travel, although I would love to, I don’t bring all of the bags in my collection. This foldable bag gives me that extra option to bring a bigger tote bag – I find it super useful for beach vacations when I don’t want to bring a giant beach tote bag. I also use it on city trips if I’m going shopping. What I love most about this specific collapsable bag compared to others is it actually zips fully closed in its tote form, and includes a small inner zipped pouch inside!
